The meeting was
called to order by President, Allen Persinger.

the previous meeting were approved.
> Nominating
Committee presented slate which was approved and will be sent to
membership with notice of annual meeting.
>Community
Service is making plans for the Mystery Theatre on September 30.
>MLS Committee is
working on redesign of front page.
>Bylaws will be
reviewed for any necessary changes.
>Fall event
issues were discussed and it is being planned for October 27.
