Disclosure and Acceptance:

The measurement of improvements (commonly referred to as the square footage) can lead to disagreement among the parties. As tax assessors, architects, appraisers, and others frequently reach different conclusions as to square footage; this disclosure is made with the purpose of having the Purchaser accept the improvements based on visual inspection and confirmation of square footage to the Purchaser’s satisfaction prior to the execution of this Contract.
